This website is operated by Pierre-Verthume Larivière (PVL), based in Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information is collected and how it is used, in compliance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What I collect
The only personal information collected on this site is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
Why I collect it
Solely to read and respond to your message. That's it.
How it's stored
Contact form submissions are sent via email. They are not stored in a database on this server. The web server is located in the United States.
Who it's shared with
Nobody. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Traffic monitoring
This site uses Anocounter, a cookieless traffic counter. It does not collect personal information, does not use cookies, and does not track individual visitors. It only records anonymous aggregate page view counts.
Third-party services
This site loads resources from external services for functionality and appearance:
- Google Fonts — for typography. Google may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Font Awesome (cdnjs) — for icons. Served via Cloudflare's CDN.
No tracking pixels or advertising scripts are used on this site.
Your rights
Under Quebec law, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
